AcXess

AcXess is a Cloud Service Provider and developer of the patented V-WorksTM (Virtual Workspace) Hyper-V cloud platform. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AcXess is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Their site is acxess.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
