AcXaaS

AcXaaS provides services in cloud, virtualization, and XaaS, helping organizations implement and leverage these technologies effectively. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list PaaS, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

AcXaaS is based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and founded in 2012. Their site is acxaas.com.
