Actually Colab

Actually Colab is a not-for-profit organization that offers a custom cloud notebook editor for collaboration. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration and Non Profit. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Actually Colab is based in Champaign, Illinois. You can read more at actuallycolab.org.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
