ActivitySource

ActivitySource is an online platform that scales and records direct, partner and channel sales revenue. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ActivitySource is based in Santa Monica, California. More on activitysource.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ActivitySource well, your review carries weight here.
