ACTiSYS

ACTiSYS Corp is a leading supplier of wireless IrDA® and ASK-IR protocol software, adapters and tester for 115.2k to 16M bps, since 1989. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ACTiSYS is based in Fremont, California. More on actisys.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ACTiSYS well, your review carries weight here.
