Actiance

Actiance is a work os and collaboration product. Smarsh manage the risk and see the value in their communications data. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. They also list Ediscovery, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
