Acrotron

Acrotron is a software research & development firm, specializing in cloud computing, big data analytics, GIS expertise, etc. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Cloud Computing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Acrotron is based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Their site is acrotron.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
