Accuvoice develops a contact center automation and off-the-shelf turn-key software solutions & their integration with live customer support. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Consulting, Project Management, Telecommunications and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
