Accurate IT Services

Accurate IT Services specializes in electronic recycling, and computer recycling. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Electronics, Recycling, Renewable Energy and Semiconductor. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Accurate IT Services is based in Columbus, Ohio and founded in 2001. Their site is www.accurateit.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
