Accurate Group

Accurate Group offers IT, software development, civil engineering, real estate, transportation, and construction management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Real Estate and Transportation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Accurate Group is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Their site is accgi.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
