AccessAlly

AccessAlly is a WordPress LMS and membership site solution with built-in online learning and gamification functionalities. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AccessAlly is based in Aubrey, Texas. Their site is accessally.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
