Acacia

Acacia develops, manufactures, and sells high-speed coherent optical interconnect products. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Web Hosting. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Acacia is based in Maynard, Massachusetts and around since 2009. You can read more at acacia-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Acacia, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
