Abrion Systems

Abrion Systems provides an advanced workflow charter that helps in modifying existing PegaWorks workflow or migration to newer technologies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Abrion Systems is based in Bonita, California. Their site is abrionsystems.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
