abohd

Abohd introduces a property management software that links renters with their building, neighbors, and the encompassing neighborhood. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. They also list Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

abohd is based in Los Angeles, California and founded in 2014. Their site is myabohd.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
