aBitNow

aBitNow offers an all-in-one POS system with contactless online menus and ordering solutions for restaurants and various industries. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

aBitNow is based in Middleboro, Massachusetts. More on abitnow.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
