Aalstec Data Corporation

Aalstec Data provides products and services for automated data collection. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Data Collection and Labeling, Hardware and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Aalstec Data Corporation is based in Detroit, Michigan. Their site is aalstec.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
