A2Z Labs

A2Z Labs delivers software development, digital media, and technical support services for business process management. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Customer Service, Digital Media, Mobile Apps and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

A2Z Labs is based in Port Washington, New York. Their site is thea2zlabs.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
