648 Group

648 Group specializes in premium design and development of web and mobile solutions for innovative organizations. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Android, iOS, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

648 Group is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at 648group.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
