Here is 5pm in plain terms. A product of project management software firm QG Software, 5pm is a browser-based project management tool. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Collaboration, CRM, Robotics and Task Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
