5K Technologies

5K Technologies specializes in aerospace testing of aircraft, UAVs, launch vehicles, and weapon systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Aerospace, Hardware and Wholesale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

5K Technologies is based in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. Their site is 5k-tech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with 5K Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
