4thpass Inc

4thpass develops application software for Java-compliant wireless devices. In practice that means running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management and Developer Platform, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

4thpass Inc is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is 4thpass.com.
