360Connext

Here is 360Connext in plain terms. We're dedicated to helping you create a competitive edge by delivering a memorable customer experience. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

360Connext is based in Oak Park, Illinois and around since 2009. Their site is 360connext.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with 360Connext, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
