305Computers

305Computers is an IT firm that offers office automation, networks, hard drive recovery, software, cabling, and remote assistance services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Network Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

305Computers is based in Miami, Florida. Their site is 305computers.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with 305Computers, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
