1labs

1labs is a digital innovation consultancy that designs and reinvents software solutions for the public and private sector. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Management Consulting and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

1labs is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2016. More on 1labs.co.
