123 Landlord

Here is 123 Landlord in plain terms. 123Landlord is web-based rental property management software. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

123 Landlord is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Their site is 123landlord.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
