10East

10East is engaged in the development and hosting of business intelligence platforms. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Web Hosting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

10East is based in Jacksonville, Florida. More on app.10east.co.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with 10East, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
