10-8 Systems

10-8 Systems is a software company that offers computer-aided dispatch, mobile data terminals, and cloud services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list CAD and Cloud Data Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

10-8 Systems is based in Mission Viejo, California. You can read more at 10-8systems-backup.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
