op2

op2 is a hosted environment for the RamQuest software solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

op2 is based in Plano, Texas. More on op2online.com.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know op2 well, your review carries weight here.
