Worksters

Worksters is an IT company that offers consulting in data collection and analysis as well as solutions in business optimization software. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Data Collection and Labeling, IT Infrastructure and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Worksters is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2011. You can read more at worksters.com.
