LYT

LYT is a it services and consulting company. Travel at the Speed of LYT!. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Automotive, Information Services, Machine Learning and Public Transportation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

LYT is based in Santa Clara, California. You can read more at lyt.ai.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
