WurQ

WurQ offers a platform that tracks 70+ exercise movements, analyzes form, and provides detailed workout insights via wearables. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Wellness. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WurQ is based in Allston, Massachusetts. You can read more at wurq.io.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
