Rackapps

Rackapps is a Computer Hardware Manufacturing Company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Rackapps is based in Fremont, California. You can read more at rackapps.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Rackapps well, your review carries weight here.
