FD Software Enterprises

FD Software Enterprises offers handheld smart devices for soldiers. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Enterprise Applications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FD Software Enterprises is based in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. You can read more at fd-software.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
