Ebon Group

Ebon Grp., Inc. offers IT consulting, software development, and training services to enhance business technology use. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ebon Group is based in Atlanta, Georgia. More on ebongroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ebon Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
