Virtunet Systems

Virtunet Systems is an IT consulting firm that provides software to improve the performance of storage appliances. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Virtunet Systems is based in San Mateo, California. You can read more at virtunetsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Virtunet Systems? Rate it.
