CourtStack

CourtStack is a platform and framework for building CMS add-on solutions. Put simply, it is about managing a site's content with editors, workflows and templates.

Who is it for? Mostly content and marketing teams. They also list CMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CourtStack is based in San Jose, California. More on courtstack.org.

Our checklist for this category: editor experience, extensibility, and hosting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
