Zoex

Zoex is an IT company that provides hardware and software services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Zoex is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at zoex.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Zoex, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
