XDuce

XDuce is an Award-Winning enterprise application development and consulting services provider company in New Jersey, USA. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Enterprise Applications and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

XDuce is based in Edison, New Jersey and founded in 2006. You can read more at xduce.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with XDuce, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
