Work For Pie

Work For Pie allows software developers to create a showcase of real, working products and quantifiable experiences. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Work For Pie is based in Memphis, Tennessee. More on workforpie.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
