Willow Computer Services

Willow Computer Services is an IT company that offers application development, data recovery, cybersecurity, hardware and software services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Willow Computer Services is based in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania and around since 1991. You can read more at willowcomputer.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Willow Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
