Virtual Pulsar

Virtual Pulsar is a technology solution provider that helps small businesses manage their software support with services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Software Engineering. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Virtual Pulsar is based in San Antonio, Texas. More on virtualpulsar.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
