Vgen Technologies

Vgen Technologies is an information technology consulting firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Project Management and Quality Assurance. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vgen Technologies is based in Iselin, New Jersey. Their site is vgentech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Vgen Technologies? Rate it.
