Vertiv

Vertiv designs, builds and services critical infrastructure that enables vital applications for data centers and industrial facilities. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Center, IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Vertiv is based in Westerville, Ohio and founded in 2016. You can read more at vertiv.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Vertiv well, your review carries weight here.
