Velocity Network Solutions

Velocity Network Solutions is an IT services company that provides cloud consulting and backup management solutions to enterprises. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Velocity Network Solutions is based in North Hollywood, California and around since 1999. You can read more at velocityns.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
