User Interface Engineering-UIE

User Interface Engineering is a research, training, and consulting firm specialized in web site and product usability. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Product Design. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

User Interface Engineering-UIE is based in North Andover, Massachusetts and founded in 1988. Their site is uie.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
