Unigo

Unigo is a software firm that offers IT services and integrated solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Unigo is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is unigoit.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Unigo well, your review carries weight here.
