Trinuc

Trinuc offers web & software, property development, and construction services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Trinuc is based in Barrington, Illinois and around since 2002. More on trinuc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Trinuc, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
