Transaction Data Systems

Transaction Data Systems (TDS) was founded in January, 1977. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Transaction Data Systems is based in Ocoee, Florida. Their site is rx30.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
