Tramacsoft

Tramacsoft is a specialized vision and robotics company that offers software development and consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Small and Medium Businesses. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tramacsoft is based in Frankfort, Maine. More on tramacsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
