Total Recall Corporation

Total Recall Corporation, a Convergint Technologies Company. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Enterprise, Security, Service Industry and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Total Recall Corporation is based in Suffern, New York and founded in 1985. More on totalrecallcorp.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Total Recall Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
